Hi people if Iam you I will move to a other bank. Laid a complain the 14 of this month, 3days after that, the bank responded that a Richard would contact me with in 2 days. Guss what, Iam still waiting. This is now the service I was promised??? I think this bank is not transparent like they claim they are in there ads, And are busy misleading the public about there services. Especially in resolving complains.
