Refusal to Revise Premiums

I have been a client of Enbridge from 2010. Every year I asked them to revise my premiums on the premise that if I were to have a loss, they would only compensate me for the existing value of the vehicle. My Premiums are supposed to be revised in November. I have called their office since October 2013 to revise my premiums, and every time I have been told that it will be done. December has gone and nothing has been done. I have come to this website because I have contacted them six times. Although they say they will attend to this matter, they have so far done nothing about it. The proof is in my bank statements -- showing continued deductions beyond the financial year. If I don't hear from Enbridge, I will conclude that they are not interested in this matter and will be forced to cancel their services at the end of the January 2014. Sorry it has come to this. It is about a business relationship that needs to be responsive and accountable.
