I have a Paypal account but when large amounts of money get deposited they freeze accounts very easily, so they are not a very good, viable and trustworthy option.
Is this the face of FNB in the "no-service" department? I know of many people working their hearts out to make FNB a very pleasant experience but this is just dropping them back in the gutter... either train or fire your support staff.
