Unauthorised debits

I have logged complains regarding this matter spoke to legal as well, credit card legal keeps to force debit my account with out authorisation, they removed the account from my profile previously, and then just add it back and debit me. No one can give me statements for this account and according to the last statement I received this account was settled, I have submitted complaints via fnb Internet banking phoned legal and premier banking - most definitely the worst service ever being a client for more than 10 years
