BAD SERVICE!!!

I joined MiWay 09/12/2013.

I requested a call online and I was called within two minutes. I took up insurence with MiWay and I was sent an sms that pro rata 1st Premium would be R1, 110.52 which will be deducted on 12/12/13. However, on the day of the 12th they took R362. Nine days later they deduct R1 391 from account again.

What the is going on??? Pro rata was supposed to be deducted on the 12th which they took the wrong amount. They then come back at the date that suites them and deduct a wrong amount again which exeedes the pro rata AND the premium I signed up for!!!

In normal cercumstatnces I would call and query, but your call centre/ client service is the worst I have came accross. 1st the 3 options it gives have nothing to do with queries. MiWay takes very long to answer phones, but very quick to call when you want to take up insurence!!! You hold for over 5 - 10minutes to get attended to!

Its like they chase you to take up insurence then after that they do not give a!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Why the did they take money twice?? WIth that I said deductions must come out on 27th NOT 21st! Is this a circus or WHAT??? REGRETS
