Bad customer service

L aint happy with service that l got from some FNB staff. My card expired and l got an sms confirming l must fetch a new one.l then called FNB thibault sq and asked them to send my card to FNB Bellstar. Card wasnt sent, no-one told me up until l went there and only to be told card hasnt been couriered.l then phoned Spoke to Nomsa Thibault sq and she confirmed card has been couriered to FNB Civic centre (wrong branch). Spoke to Bonnita, Civic centre and was told card wasnt there its showing in the system its still at Thibault square. After numerous calls to FNB thibault, also spoke to Nivaan, eventually got a call from Anthea Civic centre. Went there only to be told my passport hasnt been updated, should have been done months ago as l spoke to Gerswin bellstar in July, have an email as proof that l went to Bellstar to update my ID.lmagine how I felt after numerous calls, long hours of waiting in queues only to be told that l need to go home and get my old passport. These guys (FNB) treat us like rubbish when it suits them, we trust you guys with our money, personal info and in return we get such bad customer service.
