African bank gives bad service again

This is now happened for the third time. After receiving an SMS out of the blue that my debit order will be moved up from month end to the middle of the month I made a call to them asking and stating how can they change the debit date to what ever they feel like they told me that they will keep it on month end. This is a promise they broke again. They just took the debit order in the middle of the month. They make statements just the way they feel like and never stick to them. They take money as they want and they don't take any agreement that is made as valid. This is the most disgusting service I have seen. And to top it off this is not the first time I am complaining or that this has happened. This is also not the second time but the third. If you want my advice never do business with African bank as they are not there to help there clients!
