Hi i have reported two cases with scorpion of which i was assisted by Mr Maluleke since 2010.The first case i reported was a Boston media centre and that was in 2010 up until today this case has not been resolved Boston media is still sending me threatening messages when are they closing this matter? but yet i continue to pay scorpion!!! The second one is for twentieth century insurance, mr Maluleke told me that they will respond to me but how sure am i that documents were forwarded to Ombudsman by scorpion. Lastly i have been trying to get hold of mr Maluleke for four days for an advise concerning my municipal account to no avail i do not have an idea whether he is the only gentleman for any legal matter because i spoke to Mr Magezepela who pretended to be a lawyer but could not assist me instead he said he will email mr Maluleke after having asked what was the problem but still he could not help me. I continue to pay these people but i have not had any successful cases being resolved. Where is the justice in all this? Scorpion seems to have one Lawyer in the entire building because no one seems to have a idea of anything. No one responds to anything. Why take my money for poor service.
