My account gets debited every month with a debit order I don't know about call SIYATHCOM, in the past 2 months my account was debit 6 times for the amount of 129.99 each time, I did log a query last month and report the matter on the absa website but still as yet have not received any feedback regarding the matter (are they perhaps getting some kickbacks from SIYATHCOM???)...
I need to know who is debiting my account and for what as I don't think it is a legitimate debit, I've never heard of any company debiting one account 3 times in 1 month, it looks very much like to me, I need to recover that money ASAP and have those debits stopped
