Logged a claim 7 Jan 2013, contractors came out to and after I made numerous phone calls to find out what is happening with claim, every call I made; not Absa, must be about 4/5 I was told that is referred to management cause contractors say it is because roof is old but that building was only errected 6 years ago and photos cleary show from inside that that is not the case. a week after I eventually cancelled my insuance with Absa on the 5 March 2013 I received my first phone call from Absa to inform me that claim is with mangement and then I said that there service is unexceptable therefor I cancelled my insurance. What is one suppose to scream and fight or just walk away cause it is losing battle.
