Finance Application Taking Too Long

My application was submitted on the 24th of January. An arbitration was sent through on the 25th requesting a lower amount. For the last 5 days we have been battling to receive any positive answers? Notes are made on the system at validation, verifying property description and offer to purchase not received. After 5 days this is not acceptable. I am a customer of Fnb with no preference it seems and it is a great concern that 2 of the other Commercial banks granted me a bond in 2 days? You have been advised of same.

I urge an answer from Fnb by end of Bus today.
