I have been a client of fnb for many years, in applying for my first credit card i found that the bank where i had been so happy for many years is a administrational nightmare! The needed documents was sent not once not twice but 3 times they claimed that they had not received it once, in the end i sent it to a consultants private email and it was sent, they did not contact me once instead i have to phone in and find out whats going on, and no one seems to know anyway! It was suppose to take 3 working days to receive my new credit card it has been 3 weeks. To say the least i am disgusted, come on steve give me a call coz this mr van rensburg is done
