Conflict of Interest in declarations

I have started an application for a re-in-statement of my credit card about 2 years ago. I'm a prestige banker and did not get any support from my personal banker. Every time they decline it due to conflict of interest even after I have declared everything as per ITC report.
These people can not think for them self nor understand their own application forms on what they ask the client to fill in. If you point it out to them, they do not have the brain capacity to think for them self. The computer is doing it and who am I to tell me different.
Think before you join Standard bank. You might get stuck like me with the worst service experience ever.
