DISHONEST!!

I thought the point of having internet bnaking was to make the banks actions transparrent. This is not the case. I had a debit order go off on the 17th when I logged in on the 18th the debit order had gone and despite having no funds available hadn't reversed. So I transferred funds into the account to cover the debit order and then on the morning of the 19th the debit order is reversed and a charge added. 2 DAYS LATER???
What is the point of this?? Why not bounce it on the 17th if they intended to bounce it. Such terrible hassles they cause for nothing. the companies offices were open on the 17th and are closed on the 19th as Standard Bank are dishonest for allowing it for two days!! You call the call centre on 0861 101 341 they can't hel you and tell you to call 0861 498 468 who answers does a security check tells you to hang on while they check your account and you end up being transferred to somewhere with another automated message without any help. How is this service??
