My account was debited with an amount of R179.00 without any notification and I called the call centre on the 11/07/2013 card division and ask them to delink/cancell the Greenbags program on my account. I was promised that it will take 48hrs to do a reversal and my money will reflect on my account on the 16/07/2013, but till now It has not yet been done. I am being told about Greenbags department having a back log which is not my problem. I expect my money in my account now!!!
