I have been contacting 24 hour mobility everyday for two weeks regarding my claim, as I don't receive any feedback from them. First I had to write a motivation letter, which I did immediately.after I sent that I was told to phone the underwriter myself (is that not the responsibility of the company?) I have been in contact with the underwriter ever since, they told me that they are now waiting for their underwriter, how long could this possibly take?? My insurance payment has been kept up to date every single month, and this is the service I receive? unacceptable!!!
