I logged a complaint on 04/12/2013 and received the following feedback on 05/12/2013:

I have not received ANY feedback from you. I still have not received and acceptable answer to this matter. I want to know what will be done to protect me as client and correct the MASSIVE mistake which I know have to deal with? OR do you pull up your shoulders and pretend it never happened? May future buyers be spared your incompetence
