NO RESPONSE TO MY PREVIOUS REPORT

I logged a complaint with capitec regarding third party debt collectors harrassing me for prescribed debt from 2008, still no legitamate response, and cant find my report... Would like feedback asap please

I would like to stop the debit order because I was scammed regarding to proff do I qualify for a smart shopper card not knowing that it actually is NPL3 trapping me in paying 260 each month
