I'd like to express my grattitude to Outsurance representative Mr. Ockie for the excellent service delivery that I received during the difficult time I faced. My mother died in a car accident on 03 December. So many things did not make sense. Fortunately she was alone in the accident & no other lives was claimed. As we have not expierenced something like this before you don't know what to expect. I reported it to Outsurance within the same hours whilst we were on the accident scene. The consultant that helped me asked mimimal queations and issued me with a vlaim number. Whithin a few days beforebthe funeral. Ickie called and requested the required documebts he would need. I a very patient manner. Furthermore he knew exactly what I felt as he lost a loved one few months before easter months. So it was wonderfull to speak to someone that knew exactly what I felt and shared the same grieve. As we were busy with arrangements. I coukdn't exactly get allbthe documents from the bank and police earlier enough. He came from Pretoria to get all the documents himself at the police station. & Absa bank. And sorted everything without placing any stredd on me. He processed the claim within 1 week of
