In January 2013 I noticed a amount of R693.24 had been debited to my card account. I phone standard bank, held on for 47 minutes and finally they put me through to the dispute department. I explained that I was in Mauritius at the time this transacftion was supposed to have taken place, but I did not take my Standard bank card with me. It was safely locked in my safe at home.
I have sent 4 emails together with the dispute form and I have not even had the courtesy of a reply.
Standard bank's service must be the worst of all the banks
