I went to old mutual southgate on the 2 of april 2013 at about 11h00 in the morning to trade in my unit trust and to my surprise the is on lady that is helping everybody that need client service and about nine other personnel that is doing loans nine people to fill out loans application and one that does client service now i want to know why is that so one must help everybody with client service and the branch manager did not eve come to ask if she need help for my info the branch manager is not worth to be the branch manager at that branch and the rest of the staff that does nothing and walk up and down the whole day i finale got attended to and we left the Branch at 1500 in the afternoon it is worst than the hospital waiting for one Doctor old mutual must be ashamed d of them self to make one woman do all the work while other are sitting around and looking nice it is very sad to see this one coloured woman doing all the work and the rest of the black personnel sitting doing nothing i know we in the new south Africa where black is boss but this is very sicking shame on the company that is called old mutual for me yo must review your staff employ staff that is willing to work
