MY VEHICLE WAS RECENTLY HI-JACKED AND I FILED A CLAIM WITH MIWAY THE VERY NEXT DAY
TILL TODAY I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED CALLS WHEN IT COME TO HAVING THE VEHICLE REMOVED FROM THE IMPOUND.

I CALLED THE LADY THIS MORNING ABOUT ASSESSING THE VEHICLE WHICH IS AT THE PANEL BEATERS FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND SHE WAS VERY UNWILLING TO ASSIST ME IN ANY MATTER I PRESENTED TO HER.

I TRIED TO GET MORE INFORMATION ON THE COURTESY VEHICLE AND ALL SHE SAID WAS SORRY WE CANT DO ANYTHING IT MUST COME OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET.

ALSO THE DAMAGES ON THE VEHICLE IS NOT ALL THAT THE ASSESSOR SAID IN HIS ASSESSMENT, I PERSONALLY SMS'ED THE ASSESSOR TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT TILL TODAY THERE IS NO REPLY OR EVEN PHONE CALL,

TO ME THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE

AND WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF MY CLAIM AS MY SOUND SYSTEM WAS INSURED ASWELL

THIS IS VERY UNFAIR AND IT PUTS MORE STRESS ON ME AS THE CLIENT
IS IT NOT FAIR TO THE CLIENT THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BE OPTIMAL AT A TIME LIKE THIS

PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR EVEN A PHONE CALL WOULD BE NICE
