I have a serious problem with Capitec bank. I have a signed contract with you that states my debit order with you runs on the first of each month. Now you people decided to run one on the 14 December, without my knowledge. The results is that it bounced and I am also penalised by my bank. Please let me know how you are planning to fix the damage you have caused on my credit profile as well as how you are going to pay me for the bank penalty I have been charged. Awaiting your urgent response!!!
