Assist with a balance please

Good day.

I called the helpline to assist me but was told to wait 3-5 days for a statement to be emailed to me, all I need is a settlement amount on my credit card please. I made a few payments this month already and there shpuld ne a small balance left .please assist in order for me to pay it up
