This company or associates are really a disgrace they clearly do not know the consumer rights and laws. Phoned them today and spoke to Zoleka and Joyce. Firstly I asked them what my balance is, they told me R683.20.(statement was also emailed to me) and with the legal fees it is R870 something. Fine!!! Asked them then if they could give me a settlement amount as I want to settle asap. The could not assist, I asked to speak to someone that will be able to assist or contact number. Their reply was that they cannot transfer or connect me to someone who can help me, the accounts must contact me!!! asked to speak to legal department and manager in charge and they could not do that either!!! why are these incompetent people doing in this position. if they clearly do not know the SA laws. I need to speak to someone in the legal department that can give me a settlement amount asap. Just before this i dealt with a other associate and my balance there was R1800.00. asked for a settlement amount and they gave me a 20% discount now I only have to R1452.00 valid until the end of this month... THEY CLEARLY HAVE TO SORT OUT THESE INCOMPETENT WORKERS
