I have reported an anormaly on my ucount rewards statement on the 9 Dec to the Ucount rewards call center. The person mentioned above acknowledge the missing 300 points yet no action has been taken or lack of urgency to rectify the situation... despite me being a Prestige Account holder. Spoke again to call center - Nicole with Ref # 4230459 and was told it will take an additional week to investigate. Typical when the banks want us to comply it must be sorted out immediately or else interest and other charges and initiated yet when they need to comply -NO URGENCY.
