Wrongfull deduction of debit orde

Capitec Bank deduct twice the same account although it was supposed to go off only once. Now there is a "back log" at head office and I do not get answers as to why they did this. The manager James tried his very best to help, but he can not get passed the red line at head office. I am devastated as I do not have any money left this month to pay bills and school fees. I want to know how this could have happened as there was only one profile for this debit order. Please assist me. The moment when this debit order went off twice, I went to Capitec Bank, this was on 28 June 2013, up to today I have no clear answer as to why thy did this, and to how I am going to survive this month.
