Pathetic

Aprox a year ago I applied online for a FNB account after not receiving feed back after more than two weeks I went to the phoenix branch to query what was goin on. I was assisted by a male clerk who advised that I had an out standing amount from a long time ago when I was a minor on account my parents had opened for me and that may be the reason I could not get a new one. I paid what was due and R100 as he said this was needed as an initial deposit he said that my card would be delivered to me. I left the bank and never heard from FNB again. I later opened an account with standard bank after still having no feed back from FNB for weeks. More than a year later they list me on a credit beuro as a default and state that once again I owe them money! I have never received a card, a letter, or an email with regards to this account and now I'm listed! For an account that I have never used or heard about by a lady named Togo who doesn't listen to reason. This is the worse service EVER! I am appauled!
