Bias action

I have been a FNB client for the past 40 years and nowhere have I seen such biased action from anybody. FNB just closed my cheque account and called it Bad Debt Write off. No letter, no telephone call, just action. So easy to mess up someone's credit record. And this done by the a so called reputable organisation!
