Unauthorised deductions for home loan

FNB has once again without authority deducted money from my account. Money which is not even mine - it is money from a cancelled provident fund which I must return to my employer. I ahve twice written to to FNB to make an arrangement and my second email trying to confirm an arrangement was ignored. Despite that I have been paying my bond with an extra amount to cover this. Even though they have not responded to my request for an agreed arrangement they still deducted the money. I need the money back so that I return it to my employer ASAP
