A few month ago I bought the majority share of a company in which a property is registered.
Standard bank has a mortgage registered over that property.
I want to buy the mortgage from Standard bank however NOBODY in Standard bank is able to help me doing that deal and they all stay silent even although they promise me to phone me back.
Even my lawyer is unsuccessful.
What irritates me from a company as Standard Bank is the total incompetence to solve this problem or to even give a solution to or advice about the problem. When they do not know how to solve this problem why don't they hire an expert to solve the problem for them.
