I had complications with my previous insurance (Anderson Insurance), I couldn't cancel when I wanted to & by then I had already Joined MiWay, MiWay rightfully debited my account, I basically paid 2 insurances in 1 month, but I explained to Ntokozo, he refunded my premium within 3 days & he also got me a discounted premium. My previous insurances' misunderstandings continued, I then called MiWay cause I needed a cover immediately because Anderson had cancelled my cover, Nombuso made sure that I got cover ASAP at a pro rata rate without changing my agreed Debit date. I got the best service from Nombuso & Ntokozo, I would like to thank MiWay for really doing things My way.
