Copy of loan contract cannot be provided

I took a personal loan with this branch and due to certain financial circumstances am unable to pay this off satisfactorily. I have requested a copy of my signed loan contract for debt review but I have been given the run around. Isn't it againt NCA regulations to NOT be given this contract copy? I don't even receive a monthly statement from these people...
