I applied for a home loan (building loan) with fnb, but since the beginning of the process it's just been disgraceful how Fnb has reluctantly given me feedback, they have made me feel like they are doing me a favour by giving such substandard service.i have always called them to find out of the preceedings of the loan.secondly they have declined my loan without giving me logical and actually reasons for me not getting the loan, they have just said the building cost of my house is too low and that's all they have said, they have not givin me a report or reason as to why they have declined my loan... I think I'm going to start banking with other banks... I'm jumping ship with my accounts..
