2 months and my car is still not fixed

Its been 2 months and my car has still not been fixed and i have received no communication after emailing the case handler and received a email back that it will be investigated and given feedback asap, but its been 2 weeks now and no contact at all. Its been very poor service because i got stopped by cops and was fined for having a broken break light in the back twice. Its been 2 months since the accident took place and the guy that smashed me as already received a new car, but mines is not even checked out. Attached below is a copy of the email sent on the 03/12/2013

Good Day Mduduzi,

Please note that i had a claim registered on the 25/10/2013.
The claim number is 165612892.

The 3rd party who was involved (Meshan Naidoo) who's car (Citi golf) was bumped into has not yet received a call as to what is happening as he is not insured.
When the claim was registered Santam advised that all will be sorted out and as your client my car has been replaced by Santam but the 3rd party that was in front of me that got rear light damage is still not sorted out.

Please advise what is the progress on the above.
