With the large hail storm in November 2012, one of my solar panels got shattered. The claim was raised with SA Homeloans Insurance in the same month. From Nov 2013 to April 2013 they sent out numerous inspectors, plumbers, assessors and knows who to have a look at the panel. It was as if an alien space craft had landed on my roof and no one knew what to make of it. It has been eight months and still no one can give me an answer as to when some sort of action plan has been devised. I am in the mean time footing the electricity bill to power the geyser out of my own pocket, whose going to refund this money. I am still paying my monthly insurance premium (Like the i am) and bond and getting in return from SA Homeloans.
