Good day,
I received marketing SMS's from the company DirectAxis on the dates of 20 November and 5 December 2013. Following both SMS's, I notified them via their website that I no longer wanted to be marketed to and they were to cease and desist all contact with me.
Subsequently, I have received an unsolicited letter in the post marketed directly at me personally. I have never provided them with my details so they must have purchased them from somewhere and I now feel that my privacy is being invaded. Further they have now directly contravened my written instructions to no longer market to me as per my rights under the consumer protection act.
I would like to file a formal complaint against the company, and the marketing manager Miriam Marsh, and want them to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
