WITHOUT WATER FOR A WEEK - NO ONE CARES

On 20/09 I had a burst solar geyser. Nearly a week later still no repairs! After registering the claim with SB-Ins. It took until 16:00 on a Friday for someone to come out to repair the geyser, which they were then not able to do due to procedures around solar geysers. When I tried to resolve the issue, SB said that they would call the plumbers and come back to me.By 17:00 they still had not come back to me and everyone had gone home. On Saturday I started calling around for assistance from solar experts and got prices. It would cost me R12, 000 for a new geyser to be repaired. I still had not heard from SB. I had to go out of town until Tues leaving my wife and child without hot water. On 25/09 I called them again. I was promised that my call would be returned - still no call. I called back again and was told that I would receive R4, 000 in lieu of a new geyser. Unacceptable! I called my Priority Suite manager who was not available so I spoke with her PA who attempted to resolve the issue by putting me through to a team leader at SB-Ins. I then called back and spoke to the Priority Suite Manager Candice who promised to come back to me by this morning. Still no call back. New bank?
