I'M VERY DISGUSTED WITH KING PRICES SERVICES. DO THEY EVEN TRAIN THEIR AGENT BECAUSES IT SEEMS AS IF ALL OF THEM ARE INCOMPETENT, ALL THEY KNOW IS "WILL SEND AN EMAIL TO THE PERSON WHO IS DEALING WITH YOUR CLAIM". AND GUESS WHAT, THAT PERSON NEVER EVER CALLS YOU BACK, OR BOTHERS TO GIVE YOU FEED BACK WITH REGARDS TO YOUR CLAIM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL, THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD, THEN CUT YOUR CALL OR JUST PUT YOU BACK INTO THEIR QUEING SYSTEM. THEIR OWN MANAGERS DON'T EVEN KNOW THEIR OWN CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER, OR DO THEY EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER? COULD YOU PLEASE ADVISE ME ON EXACTLY HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO ACTUALLY GET THE CORRECT FEEDBACK FOR MY CLAIM.
