We've had an incident of burglary and vandalism at our house. It took King Price 2 weeks to make their final decision to reject my claim. The reasons they provide are airy and like textbook sentences they have copied and pasted. None of their reasons give specific details why they have rejected the claim. The person who've handled my claim, Mr Andre Spies, did not even know who the correct policy holder was! Mr Spies clearly did not care to read through my policy to find the correct information. He even confronted me by telling me that I have got it all wrong! How crazy is that!?! Once Mr Spies realized his mistake, he just ignored it and never apologized for being wrong. Never It is very clear to me that King Price's main mission is to decline as many claims as possible. King Price won't give me specific reasons for declining my claim. Is that the way to work and communicate with a client? I'm very unhappy with King Price's service. They might have CHEAP premiums but they sure as provides CHEAP assistance. Its better to pay more and receive quality help and communication! Think twice and be warned, people!
