DISRESPECTFUL AGENTS

I HAVE A DREAM MAKER POLICY AND YESTERDAY AFTERNOON TRIED TO ENQUIRY HOW MUCH DO I HAVE SO FAR AND WHEN IS MY MATURITY DATE, I FIRSTLY CAME ACROSS THE AGENT LEBOHANG ON 0860000538 AND THEN SHE ASKED ME ALL THE SECURITY QUESTIONS AND EVEN UPDATED MY CELL NUMBER WHEN SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION I REQUESTED SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO AN IVR AFTER I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR FOREVER AND SPENDING MY OWN AIRTIME AND YET SHE COULDN'T CARE MUCH AS SHE TOOK ME FOR A FOOL AND PUT ME BACK TO THE IVR. I THEN FOLLOWED THE IVR TILL I WENT THROUGH THE WORSE DISRESPECTFUL AGENT EVER THAT I CAME ACROSS EVER . WHO WAS TELLING ME SHE WONT HELP ME I CLEARLY DON'T KNOW MY POLICY DETAILS, WHEN SHE ASKED ME TO CONFIRM MY POLICY NUMBER I GAVE HER OUT, ASKED MY NAMES I DID THAT VERY WELL THEN LASTY SHE ASKED ME WHO IS THE BENEFICIARY OF MY POLICY I REPLIED POLITELY AND MENTION TO HER THAT IS MY AUNT, SHIRLEY .SHE STARTED SCREAMING AT ME AND SAYS I WILL SURELY NOT HELP YOU CAUSE THIS IS NOT YOUR POLICY AS WHAT I HAVE ON THIS POLICY SHOWS THAT SHIRLEY IS YOUR SISTER. I THEN TOLD HER CLEARLY SOMETHING IS GOING SHE HANG UP SCREAMING AT ME. I WILL SURE CANCEL ALL MY SERVICES WITH NEDBANK I HAD ENOUGH
