I reported a claim at the bank on the 9th August 2012, ref: NED1281339 and one the resultants have not been fixed, a contracting company was sent to do measurements in December 2012 and never came back, called Zolekha in February and another contractor came for the measurements and disappeared... again ..called again on the 13th march and spoke to Moses, he confirmed that he will authorise the quotation and the contractor will contact me... I'm still waiting... called again on the 22nd April and spoke to Sandra (not sure of the name), she kept me holding, when she came back to me she said she just spoke to the contractor on another line and the latter promised to call me in a few minutes's time... I've lost count of the minutes... To think that there a people who can do the job but have been marginalised because they do not have "PAPERS" is sad in this age and time. I have waited for too long and it's both depressing and irritating that NedBank is holding me ransom... for what?
