Refusal to replace HDPVR which cannot be repaired

Home Right policy cancelled by YOURSELVES. Membership number: HT 101447

I view this matter in an extremely poor light.

Firstly I had a claim in October 2013 for a PVR which is specifically listed in my policy as being covered. I was directed by an Izinga agent to Multichoice as no other service provider/sponsor can deal with this device. Multichoice do not repair any PVR. They are replaced. I felt unsure of the matter and called in to customer care re the replacement and was eventually told after much backward and forwarding and ducking and diving by Keshnie that Homeright would not entertain a claim for a replacement PVR??? I find this an outright breach of contract and wish this matter to be reconsidered immediately.

Then to add to my frustration I was advised telephonically of the ending of the Home Right policy by yourselves apparently due to no longer having a sponsor. I don't understand this term as it has various connotations.

I was further told that I would receive a Woolworths gift voucher as peace offering for Home Right defaulting on the policy. You don't buy clients with a Woolworths gift voucher. What about my premium deducted at the end of October fo
