I am apparently blacklisted to open an account with Capitec as their department has barred me to do so. i I went to the Brach in President street Johannesburg and they have indicated that they will send it to their Department and was the last time I heard from them. I then called the call center and they indicated that I can go to the branch (Hillbrow) as it is already been sorted and to my surprise I am blocked.

Q?

Should I beg you to have an account with you guys? Is my money not worth any value to be kept in your facilitities? Or am I being discriminated against being presumed dumb because of the color of my skin and not worth to be provided with a response or feedback...

When I am being contact please provide solutions and tell me on how much I need to deposit to activate the account and which Branch Manager I need to speak to to get my card.
