Monday I was promised a call by Thabo Masuku as his manager Donavine Fourie was in a "meeting" and he was going to call me back Tuesday with regards to my 1 month old claim that I still haven't received any feedback for and I am tired of driving from my house to the MTN store so they can call the so incompetent call centre. Thursday i went in and called again and spoke to a lady that connected me to Porch Sithole who promised me a call or e-mail as soon as he has info with regards to my claim and nothing happened. Friday i went in again and called again and spoke to a very promising lady who was to be calling me back before 12 noon as i was to fly out of CPT at 12 noon and none of that happened too.
Saturday during the day I got a call from a very rude Natasha Carr to advise me my claim was declined due to me missing an instalment in October which how ever was paid double in November so i do not understand why can't i be covered if it was paid the next month. I requested to speak to a manage and after holding on mute for 12 minutes, she said no manager is on the floor. Can I have a phone please this week or claim cancelled and all my money paid back to me, each and every cent!
