After lodging a complaint on your website and only receiving a reply after more enquiries - notify me is STILL not working as it should.
Your previous response was to "Restart my phone" "Contact your service provider"
Well guess what - you are at fault... All my things are working as they should.
I am paying for a service that I am not receiving - if an unauthorised transaction takes place on any of my accounts and I am not notified by sms you are going to have a lot of explaining to do.
As usual Absa does not disappoint in letting its customers down...
