NOTIFY ME and INTERNET BANKING IS NOT WORKING!

I am not receiving any smses (NotifyMe) about any deposits / withdrawals on my cheque account. I tried adding a new beneficiary as well and I'm not getting my RVN by sms. What is happening Absa? This is very frustrating!!! Please respond urgently!

I've logged this on Facebook and sent an email to [Email Removed] The only response is that they will investigate and provide me with feedback on their findings. This is seriously holding me up as I need to pay people and I refuse to go into a branch for something I could normally do on Internet banking.
