On 10 December I experienced a blocked drain. I access the Outsurance Help@Out via their iPad Application on 7h51 - An easy application. Immediately after submission on 7h52 I receive a Reference number which was also send to me via sms. At 7h53 I received a call from Outsurance. They knew who I am and where I was situated. After a short description of my problem, Mr Ivan Moodley, the Ousurance Advisor confirmed that I will receive an sms with further details. 7h54 I received the sms with the details confirming that Starplex Maintenance will attend to my problem within 49 minutes. Immediately thereafter I received a call from Pieter the Plumber of Starplex Maintenance, who confirmed that he was on his way to my premises. Starplex arrived at my home at 8h20. On arrival of Starplex, I again received a call from Outsurance to confirm that Starplex did arrive. At 9h39 I received a sms from Outsurance that the claim was finalised.
This was excellent service and I will recommend Outsurance to everyone - Thank You. You are doing South Africa proud!
