Outsurance reference 464952 applies. We are pensioners living on our own. We had the unfortunate experience of the internal mechanism on a hot water tap breaking. We could not close the tap and hot water was gushing out. In desperation we phoned Outsurance where the call was answered by a friendly and efficient Sydney. He immediately took over and within 30 minutes had a plumber on our doorstep. Syndney followed up to confirm arrival of the plumber twice and to check that we were satisfied with the service The plumbers from Designer Plus were most friendly and efficient and within an hour had resolved the problem and restored our water supply to normal.
