On Friday night my fiance came home & got distracted while getting out of the car, accidentally locking his keys inside! This happened at about 11 pm. At 11:30pm I lodged a claim to the OUTsurance SOS department and had the priviledge of dealing with Ivan Moodley. I had the phone on speaker and WOW, what a friendly, up-beat & well-spoken gentleman Ivan was! Unfortunately there were no service providers in the Pretoria area but he sent a locksmith from Krugers Dorp... Ivan called me about 4 times during the estimated time of arrival which was 60 minutes. Every time he was extremely friendly and one could hear he was genuinely passionate about what he does. I just wanted to take the time out to say A BIG THANK YOU TO IVAN MOODLEY in the Rescue Department of SIAS Administration for OUTsurance.
